Fundraising for Breast Cancer Campaign at Thame fair

Ronfel Miniatures: We have been involved with miniatures for about 15 years – since Ron bought Felicity a dolls house kit one Christmas! At first it was just personal time for Felicity on Sundays in the busy lives of two primary school head teachers and parents of two growing boys. However the interest grew, as did the boys, and retirement came – with it more time to devote to this all-encompassing interest. Ron became involved in the building, wiring and decorating of houses for other people whilst Felicity made and dressed furniture, embroidered carpets and cushions and made celebration room boxes and vignettes for people on request. Felicity became a member of Market Town Miniatures of Thame, and also a member of Halton Dolls House Club, and the organiser of Risborough Miniaturists Group, as well as being a member of the online miniatures group minis4all. We have been quietly trading locally under the name of Ronfel Miniatures for five years. We are delighted to have the opportunity to share our enthusiasm for the fascinating world of dolls houses and miniatures with so many other people through this blog, and through the Thame Dollshouse Fair website www.thamedollshousefair.co.uk
